Incentive Update | Announcing Price Reductions Through December 2009: Save Up to 40%

 
Marriott® Individual Incentives and The Ritz-Carlton® Incentive Award Program just released new pricing to help those working with economy-induced budget constraints.  After all, motivating and rewarding employees has never been more critical. Marriott Individual Incentives features lower prices on a majority of the stay awards in the portfolio – in fact, savings of up to 35%. With a new and enhanced product portfolio – and lower prices – you're sure to get a lot more out of your team for a lot less. Evidence of the Value of Incentives Provided in New White Paper

In response to a flurry of media attention about incentives that has been mostly emotional and not based on facts, the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) has published a timely white paper titled "The Evidence-Based Case for Incentives." Click here. Written by Rodger Stotz, Chief Research Officer of the IRF, the white paper stresses the importance of focusing on the evidence-based facts of incentive travel, motivational meetings, and events and to understand how they have improved business performance and the positive role they play in driving employment in the hospitality industry. Numerous studies are cited along with insightful analysis.
